Theater

As an educational theatre program, our goal is to provide a variety of theatrical learning experiences—both in performance and technical production—through a breadth of dramatic styles. To this end, the genre, size, and structure vary by production. While we strive to build our program by increasing its numbers, we also work to build the program by improving the quality of the learning experience, as a whole.

St. Louis Park High School Theatre Presents Little Women April 24-26

Based on Louisa May Alcott’s classic novel, Little Women follows the four March sisters as they blossom into adulthood. Set against the backdrop of the Civil War, Kate Hamill’s new adaptation provides a funny and fresh feminist perspective on the timeless themes of gender, class, and personal tragedy.

Performances of Little Women are on April 24 and 25 at 7 p.m. and April 26 at 2 p.m. All performances will be held in the High School auditorium, located along the West 33rd Street entrance. SLPHS students get in free with a student ID. Adult tickets cost $7; senior citizens and non-SLP students cost $5. Purchase tickets at https://gopark.hometownticketing.com/embed/all.
