The St. Louis Park School District proudly continues the Distinguished Alumni Award, recognizing graduates who have made lasting contributions. Honorees are featured on the “Wall of Fame” at St. Louis Park High School.

SLP Distinguished Alumni Nomination Form
Purpose

Honor alumni who have positively impacted their communities and beyond.

Inspire current students through stories of achievement and service.

Celebrate the legacy of community pride and engagement in SLP Schools.
Criteria
-
Graduated from SLP High School or attended for at least 10 years.

Graduated at least 10 years ago.
-
Demonstrated distinguished service or career achievements.
-
Exemplified strong character, citizenship, and service.
-
Agrees to accept the award and associated publicity.
Nominations
-
Nominations may be submitted by anyone familiar with the nominee by using the nomination form.
Selection
-
The Distinguished Alumni Award Committee members representing current SLP students, alumni, community, and school administration.

One nominee will be selected each year.
-
Nominees will remain in the selection pool for consideration for 2 years.
Recognition
-
Award recipients will be honored during the St. Louis Park High School Graduation Ceremony. A photo plaque and summary of accomplishments will be displayed on the Distinguished Alumni Wall at St. Louis Park High School.
