All practices are located at the Central Community Center Gymnastics Gym. For practice at Central, enter door 22, go upstairs and then turn right and all the way down the hall. When you see the front desk, the gym is on the right.
Practice M-Th 4:45pm-6:45pm
Friday 4:30-6pm (unless otherwise stated)
All athletes are expected to attend weightlifting with Mrs. Gust
